BVRBERBROS is a high-energy Surrey barbershop known for its strong culture, premium cuts, and family-style team environment. Despite their reputation, they were operating with no consistent brand identity, an outdated logo, a slow, basic website, and no real marketing strategy.
Their booking experience frustrated customers and barbers, mid-week slots were hard to fill, and the business wasn’t yet positioned to achieve its long-term goal of expanding into multiple franchise locations.
