(About Project)
RunWell is a community-focused run club created through a partnership between WeWell and GatherWell, blending movement, wellness, sauna, and cold plunge into a unique weekly experience. While the concept was strong, RunWell needed clear branding, structure, and promotional strategy to communicate the experience and attract consistent community participation.
We partnered with WeWell and GatherWell to build the brand identity, develop the program structure, and launch the initiative in a way that aligned with both businesses’ wellness-focused values.
(Solution)
We created the RunWell brand from scratch — designing the visual identity, messaging, and community positioning. We built out all promotional materials, including weekly content, launch assets, and on-site visuals that captured the energy and purpose behind the run club.
To support growth, we developed a marketing rollout covering social media, partnerships, event promotion, and storytelling. The brand emphasized community, wellness, and belonging, helping RunWell stand out from traditional run clubs and establishing it as a lifestyle experience rather than just a fitness meetup.
(Result)
RunWell launched with strong community engagement and quickly became a recognizable weekly event. The brand identity and promotional framework created a consistent, professional presence that resonated with WeWell and GatherWell members, as well as the broader wellness community.
The initiative helped both partner businesses increase awareness, memberships, and foot traffic — while establishing RunWell as a meaningful, ongoing community-building experience.
